This company is 100% running some kind of scam with SMP Pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy they work with to offer coverage, and it charges $4k+ more than any other pharmacy for the same meds, both bleeding out your lifetime benefits and driving up your out of pocket costs drastically. There is simply no way that happens accidentally, so someone is getting paid off. They also have extremely misleading materials, stating services are fully covered, when they really are not.

My wife and I tries to reach Maven Clinic to schedule an appt and ask basic questions. We've been trying to make an appointment for the last 3 days but there’s no number to call. Finally, got their numbers but when we called, it's always a voicemail. Not a good impression. Why pay for all these services if they do not even pick up their calls.

Extremely frustrating process to get basic things done. We have been trying to have proper access for months every two weeks Something Happens that we get hopeful that we will actually be able to use our Maven benefits properly but we keep on getting false information and no follow up. They have no way to actually speaks to someone and you just keep on getting the runaround without any type of results company is paying for a service that doesn’t actually work. What a way to mess with a person on the Fertility journey horrible horrible company.

I feel impelled to write about how wonderful Maven Clinic was in servicing my time-sensitive needs in a timely and professional manner the day after Christmas. I was able to set a video appointment with Sabina within a 30 minute time-frame, and my prescription was sent to a local pharmacy within the hour. I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely recommend Maven Clinic to my friends and family.

I absolutely love the convenience of Maven. My daughter has used it a couple of times while away at college. It was quick to get an appointment and much easier than using the local clinic. There were many doctors and appointments that were available. We will definitely be using Maven again, if needed.

Disappointing service. The care practitioner joined late, from a noisy cafe with plenty of background noise with poor internet connection.

She apologised for the background noise saying that the Bluetooth on her headphones didnt connect - which implies that the conversation was on speaker phone in a noisy cafe. Not sure these type of conversations are appropriate to have in a public space like a cafe.

Due to poor internet connection on her side, the video call kept freezing. She offered to call me on my phone but turns out, they have to call through online phone platform which uses internet connection and because she was in a place with poor internet connect - no surprise, the phone call didnt connect either.

When I complained, her excuse was "I tried to call you on your mobile on two occasions but was unable to reach you this way"
