As a fiduciary, I often have new clients who are years behind on their taxes. Mary works in a forensic way methodically and completely catching them up and negotiating with the IRS to minimize penalties and interest. She keeps in good contact to let me know where we are at and her fees are modest. She maintains regular hours and is very affable. Maureen is always a great help in answering questions too! You would be fortunate if she takes you as a client as you can be comforted by her years of experience and knowledge of the latest laws. Mary is the whole package.

I have had the absolute delight of finding Mary this year to take over and manage my tax situation. I was successfully doing them on my own but with copious amounts of stress. Mary has taken away that stress with her extensive knowledge and expertise. She is quick to complete tasks as well as respond to any of the many inquiries I had. She is also very patient. I have ADHD and had trouble staying on top of the things I needed to send her and she was very kind and professional with her reminders. Her quality of service is off the charts while her rates are extemely reasonable, I cannot recommend her enough!

To the lady who came out to say, "That's too loud." when referring to my son, bless your heart.

As far as I know, the stairwell next to your suite is a public space. Not only is it public, but the need for you to come out because a 30 lbs two year old was making too much noise going up the stairs - for a measly 2 minutes, is baffling.

So actually, no, I'm not sorry.

Had a truly horrendous experience here. Instead of Mary advising us how to fill out our tax forms (unbeknownst to us) her secretary filled them out for us incorrectly. When we showed them our paystubs in the middle of the year to make sure everything was correct, we were told "everything looks good". The secretary later admitted that she never even showed them to the appropriate person at all, just blindly responded to the email. When we owed a significant amount of money at the end of the year we were told that it was our fault that we didn't catch the errors on our own and we were still billed full price for our tax return. Horrible customer service, horrible experience, horrible people.
