The instructor was very informative and engaging for our CPR training. He guided us through the technique using different experiences the participants had and reflecting on the discussion. His sense of humor made the training feel like light and provided us with an open space to talk. I highly recommend his training services and would love to take future trainings with him.

The instructor was very engaging and very open-minded. He didn’t act like he knew everything took input and got the class engaged with everybody. Plus, he helped a few people network with others. Definitely made the time pass pretty quickly didn’t feel like work or another boring class felt like an activity.

Mr. Ronald Allen is an experienced and exceptional speaker! We were so glad he was available to speak at our women's mental health workshop during our church program. He was very professional, detailed, knowledgeable. The forum really touched a lot of areas I had little information on. He welcomed questions and responded with great answers. Anyone who was a part of that audience would testify that we gained so much. This company is top notch!

Very pleasant experience easy very informative. I love how he can even answer questions. He may not know he was able to email me all the answers he found from the questions we had in class. i’m hoping when I recertify in two years he can be my instructor again awesome work family oriented as well.
