I should have read other reviews before ordering.
I ordered a full week before Christmas, fully aware that it would not arrive in time. However, my item wasn’t super customized - just a Chevy logo embroidered on a Carhartt jacket. I expected 2-3 weeks for processing and then shipping time. After 2 weeks they sent an email that it was still processing. 2 more weeks have passed with no updates. I’m so disappointed and at this point I’m assuming I’m just out the $200 and still need to get my husband a present.
