I was waiting in line and there was another person in the back that could have helped. They literally came to the front to help me AFTER i had been waiting for at least 15 minutes, and only because one of the employees FINALLY called for her. Why make my family wait for 15 minutes before they call for another qualified employee to assist me? My kids and husband were waiting in the hot car!

Why is this company allowed to force its customers to buy telephone service in order to get internet service? Answer: Because they are a monopoly and will do whatever the hell they want. They must be connected to the local powers that be to take advantage of their customers like this year after year. I hear that the family that owns the company is phenomenally wealthy. No doubt about that.

Honestly the worse internet I've seen. Paying 112.79 for 16mb download and 1mb up.. The internet never reaches those speeds. I average 2-8mb and 0.75mb upload. The desk people are rude. Even their fiber which I can't get is at best 25mb down and 3-5mb up for nearly 200 dollars. A monopoly in my honest opinion.

First of all, they force you to have a 1950s style telephone when you sign up for internet. This happens even if you don't use or even have.Their highest speed is 7 mbps, on a good day. Generally, it is 0-.5 mbps. When calling to complain, nobody answers the phone until you have been on hold over an hour. If you are lucky enough to get a representative to show up for service call, they laugh, tell you it is best to move if you expect to use the internet. Meanwhile, bare crumpled phone line cables lay infixed. I pay $140 a month for 1997 speeds! The govenment mandate of bringing the internet up to speed has been completely ignored.

For years, MadCo telephone lagged behind in their ISP offerings. Nowadays, they surpass local fiber competition. My speeds are regular and dependable, pings are very high in servers across the Midwest, and IP is static. Amazingly, if you have any issues, a tech is typically on the job within 24 hours and there is no runaround.

I hope in the near future they offer a gigabit package to residential and small business users. Having such reliable, affordable, and high speed internet should be a draw to businesses.

I live out in the new Cedar Bluff subdivision and have had internet services for over a year. Every week my wifi goes out, or I am having some type of issue. Absolutely ridiculous.
