Great overall much less than taking it to the Apple store, was communicating through the whole process ,when it would be done , when parts came in, etc. Cant recommend him enough. Laptop looks brand new as well. Will definitely be using Maccentric if any issues arise in the future.

I was just looking for anyone who could help me repair my MacBook screen, and lucked out on Google. Jeff was responsive, kind, and very fast. My Mac Pro died. That's where I had my whole life. Accounting, taxes, payroll, documents. I had no backup. I found Jeff. He worked on the computer for two days. He was giving us overviews of the whole process. It was complicated. Long. Almost impossible to restore. In the end he managed to do a complete recovery of the hard drive. Great job. Great service. Great person. Reasonable prices

Jeff installed a new keyboard in my MacBook Air after I spilled OJ on it and made the keys sticky. Tricky business, but it turned out perfectly. It's also an advantage to be able to talk directly to the person who is working on your computer instead of handing it over to someone who will ship it to another location. Jeff kept me updated and finished the job by the next day. Highly reccommend.

After reading reviews, I called Jeff to explain issue with MacBook Pro. He said he could solve problem in about an hour. Jeff is super knowledgable, professional and very nice. Agree with others that his fees are really reasonable. Feel so fortunate to have him in Summit County.
