Service is okay probably best actual internet service for speeds but customer service wise I've had a run of bad luck the few people I've gotten on the phone for teir 1 they don't even call me by the right name like they really don't care. Plus billing sort of stinks that you can't pay your electric and internet at the same time. You have to pay a month in advance to do that. It would be great if they fixed that. Willing to change my review if I recieve better customer service.

Editing this as we have had no internet since yesterday and it's an issue with their termination somewhere on my street. They said since it's only affecting my street they will not send someone out. Multiple people being out isn't a priority only if it's the whole town. They said Tuesday they will send someone to fix. Their on calls only deal with business not multiple homes with an issue at their own termination point.

Edit to add again. 4 days no internet for a dirty box on their termination end. No call back from the techs or support people and no credits issued even though the issue was on their end. Thinking starlink may be better at this point.

I experience weekend outages about every four to six weeks. I’m always told they will address my issues on the next business day as “they don’t do service calls on the weekends “. The only type of service they could offer me was wireless. Which is not worth the $65 a month. When the weather is bad it’s worse!!!

Signing up is easy, the entire Luminate team is wonderful to work with. Installation was quick and Ryan did more than required to make sure wires and connections looked good as well as worked correctly. We are now up and running - it's fast, steady and wonderful.

Had Luminate broadband installed a few weeks ago. Very pleased. Plenty of bandwidth and speed for everything we are using including streaming TV. Have had no outages. Installer was very professional. Best experience I have ever had with internet service.

I don't have the service because even though they said Craig would be the first area they only did a small part and have been to busy doing Clark and Steamboat. To top it of they fired their local installation crew to hire out of state contractors. I also hear prices will be increasing. Not going to get my service.

When the internet works it is smoking fast. The problem is, it just stops for short periods of time, then picks up again. If you work from home, this is unacceptable. Since this system has been installed, it has never worked correctly, even with numerous calls for support. The answer is always our machines are the problem.
