BEWARE:
They will very happily charge you for things your 50% insurance doesn't cover. Lovett NEVER shared with me any of the items insurance wouldn't cover. They give you numbers, but when you have 50% insurance you automatically figure half is covered.

I've had three root canals done, this last at Lovett. The previous two were done at a different dental office and I paid @$685 and $790, the latter being just over a year ago. My total for this last one at Lovett was $1968 out of pocket WITH insurance that supposedly pays 50%.

Comparatively, My wife had the same procedure done less than a year ago AT Lovett Dental and her total cost WITHOUT insurance was less than $1500. THAT'S why I gave them a try - NEVER AGAIN.

After a little research I discovered that MOST dentists apply their UNSPECIFIED codes to other codes so the patient doesn't have to pay quite as much - more is covered by insurance, but I guess Lovett is good at collecting as much as they can so they just charge you for it. They don't have to deal with contracted pricing that way.
My insurance representative mentioned next time to make sure you ask for specifics which isn't the first in your mind when you're sitting there with an active abscess.

My consultant was explained in detail by Dr Adams and Priscilla (Tech)
The next day, I first met Veronica (Asst), she prepped me and went over the procedure, again; she put on the Barbie Movie for me(funny) Thx Veronica!
Guys, I was giving 4 shots (I hate💉) but Dr Adams was Amazing, I felt a tiny, tiny pinch that's it; Less than an hour later, the procedure was completed I was giving instructions (for home care) and paid my bill;
Must Importantly Dr Adams Saved me Money (Thank you Dr Adams)
I will be scheduling my next appointment with Dr Adams and her team ✨✨✨

I had a great experience with Dr. Adams and Kurt. They were amazing, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. However, my experience with the X-ray technician, the lady around 60 years old was disappointing. She was rude and impolite. I highly recommend that the office provides additional training to ensure all staff treat patients with respect and kindness. Aside from that, the care I received from Dr. Adams was excellent.

I went to them for a routine check up and everyone was great! The staff really make the experience! Pricilla took my X-rays and even gave me some tips for one of my upcoming New York City trips! Shelly the hygienist was great and walked me through the whole process of my cleaning and gave solid advice for keeping my teeth healthy. And Dr. Adam’s did my dental exam and answered all of the questions I had. I am looking forward to seeing them again when I go back for my next cleaning!

I came in for an extraction. Chloe and Doctor Adams were fantastic. Chloe was very patient and personable making me feel comfortable and doctor Adams talked through the entire procedure making me feel at ease. Appreciate both of them very much!

Dr.Lesage and RDA Chloe were so kind and amazing they did my big treatment for me and I did not feel a thing they walked me through the treatment and had me clam and relaxed. They make you feel like family! The whole staff goes behove and beyond and they will always make you feel welcome and loved I definitely recommend everyone coming here!

This place is a scam. Beware of this place. Look at all the negative reviews which are the ones that are true. When I went there initially they recommended deep cleaning with laser for my gums. The receptionist gave me an estimate of 900 dollars for both.
Then I told I just want the deep cleaning , then she gave me an estimate of 80 dollars copay.

But today when I had the deep cleaning done ,she said the insurance does not cover anything and charged me 230 dollars just for cleaning. I was really pissed off by this and asked about the insurance. She rudely replied this is what your insurance is.
All they care is to loot money from your pocket. They don’t inform beforehand how much it’s gonna cost.

I am gonna move to a different dentist away from these scammers.Especially a lady in the reception, be very careful before you get the treatment. Ask what the estimate is.otherwise she is gonna charge as much as she can.
