I have had such an amazing experience here at live training. Every coach is so enthusiastic in what they do and have amazing communication with every single one of their client/students.

As well as coaches, the people you train with really start to become closer with you. There’s a sense of culture built around this team and you can really feel it when you go into any of the rooms. Everyone is pushing each other for their own goals.

Coach Alberto the strength training coach has been training me for a powerlifting competition. I have seen my numbers sky rocket thanks to his advice. Not only does he help you with you with getting stronger but he’s amazing with recovery training.

Great program. My daughter has been involved in the program since 2020 as a powerlifter. She has worked with both Coach Nunez and Coach Alberto, they are great mentors. She's won a state record and is currently on the way towards more records since she first started with the program. Live Training has helped her improve as an athlete both physically and mentally.

Want to give a huge thanks to Daniel Rios over at the Live Training facility, I signed up my two boys age 12 and 10 this was the first time that they had done any sort of weightlifting or physical training. Daniel was very thorough in his process and systems Within the first two weeks, my two boys were building up their strength and confidence. I am currently an athlete at live training and these past 2 years have changed my life drastically. Before I joined I was lazy, didn’t really care about anything, disrespectful and thought I was always right. But what has helped me and what also sets this program apart from any other in the area is that the coach’s are patient, motivational, experts at what they do, and they thrive to see their kids succeed and make this place an environment for success.

First off, I want to start by saying the coaches are the most enthusiastic people you will ever meet. They care deeply for every SINGLE one of their kids and treat them as if they were their own whether they have known them for 1 year or one week. They do not only want to help you become the best wrestler/powerlifter/general fitness athlete you can be but they go beyond that in trying to help you become the best person you can be. They keep you away from drugs, gives you books, and stays on top of grades as if they were your actual parent looking to make sure you have a bright future.

Secondly, the proof of success is in the facts. For the people who have stuck to it and bought in we have sent 4 kids to college. We have also taken many kids all over the country for better competition. For example, my sister and I have both won state and a national tournament In Vegas and our club has had many state champs and placers. I am a straight A student personally, along with many others at the club and we make sure to help out if anyone needs any extra help with school.

Finally, our community isn’t just an ordinary wrestling club like any other but instead we are a family. I have made many life long connections along with life long memories along side these people. I have not only managed to succeed but I have managed to make space for funny by traveling to places like Utah, Nevada, California, Virginia, New York, New Mexico, Iowa, Nebraska and my sister has even gone to Indiana and we are about to send two more kids to Ohio. These trips have allowed for me to make many connections with peers and have many great experiences.

In conclusion, I could talk about this club for hours but the only way to truly understand is by experience (which this club has gave me a lot of). If you want to better your kids life by giving them something to look forward to every day and helping make them a better person I would highly suggest sending them here. They will meet many amazing people and make many amazing memories and everyone here fits in. If your worried about how they’ll do we take all kids no matter the age or experience and we have many different classes.

We cannot recommend Coach Rios, at Live Training, highly enough! His training has made a remarkable difference in our son's performance, especially during wrestling matches. The improvements we've seen are truly impressive, and it's clear that the hard work he put in with Coach Rios is shining through.

What sets Coach Rios apart is his positive and encouraging attitude. He creates an environment where our son feels motivated and excited to train, never once treating it like a chore. Our son genuinely looks forward to each session, and that enthusiasm has made all the difference.

I have been a member of Live Training since the beginning of 2020 and to say it's a big reason where I am today is an understatement. I started as a kid who wasn't even a starter on my high school team my freshman year, to becoming a 3x state placer and state finalist. Even further now, I am a collegiate athlete and was 1 match away from being a national qualifier as an 18 year old true freshman. When I returned home for the summer, I was greeted back with open arms and was thankfully able to give back and continue to train and improve the next generation of athletes.
