Visited Live Lean Rx for the first time this week and took advantage of the starter pack to get baselines with DEXA Scan + Fit3D Scan + RMR + VO2 Max. It is a very laid back, family atmosphere. Mike really cares about understanding where you are and where you want to get to in your health journey. He also has the health and nutrition knowledge to help you attain that. So while I thought I was just going to get my numbers and a few reports; I actually left completely understanding my health and with some valuable strategies to get to where I want to be. They spend the time with you to be more knowledgeable and able to take your numbers and use them to make a real difference. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I went in for the first time ever getting a DEXA scan, and was unfamiliar with the process. Mike was welcoming and respectful, addressing all my questions and concerns as they arose. After getting scanned, we went through the results together, with Mike making sure to explain what each metric meant, and how it affected my health. We also addressed my health goals in the context of my results, and I now have a better idea on what the best method is to approach my body composition goals. Informative, respectful, and friendly business. I will be back in 3 months time for a follow up.

My husband and I had our 2nd session with Mike at Live Lean this week. Since he had our baseline data from 3 years ago, we were able to not only see how we are doing now but were able to see, by comparison, the areas in which we had either lost ground or made improvements. Mike was thorough, explaining metrics and results as we went through the process. The appointment(s) were efficient and there was no wait time.
