So, my fiancé and I procrastinated on our tax preparation, which is not recommended. He has a demanding work schedule with night shifts and excessive overtime, making mornings very challenging. We finally had a day to reach out and find someone to help us out so we called several large tax agencies, but they were not accepting new clients. I then decided to search on Google and that’s when I ran across Little Income Tax Service LLC. We called and spoke with Swacella‬ Little, she heard us out and was very understanding and accommodating, scheduling a meeting for the very next day.

Swacella‬ Little provided us with such excellent service. From start to finish, she was a consummate professional, making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Ms.‬ Little was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, she took her time to answer all of our questions and also addressed all of our concerns that we had. I cannot say enough good things about Denise because she is truly an amazing person. She tops the charts when it comes to Excellence in Customer Service.
