I have dealt with the owner for over 20+ years. His latest firm has been great. His latest firm 10 + years ago came in and solved a problem caused by another vendor. and we haven't looked back. They have helped us upgrade systems and security as necessary, helped with two moves, and transitioned us to the cloud. Helped us over the last 10 years with remote offices for our staff, with one employee 100% remote in a different state. That was before remote working became a way of life. Because of this preparation when Covid hit in March our entire staff was able to transition to 100% remote - from a decision Sunday afternoon to being fully open for our clients Monday AM. They had helped us be prepared. Very responsive team. This morning I put in a service ticket and BOOM its like the IT teck magically appears over my shoulder. We have referred them to other agencies and to our parent company. They know insurance agency operations and they definitely know teck.
