Love this gym and the community it has. If you’re looking for a gym and enjoy group environments then this is the gym for you. The strength training / high intensity programming by the owner Tim will get you fit and is done in a way that makes working out fun. Also the holiday party event workouts are a great time. The picture is from last Halloween.

I've been working out with LiFTED since 2018, and it's been life-changing. The community, coaches, small class sizes, and skills gained have complemented my athletic goals like competing as a runner, getting stronger, and staying healthy and un-injured. I also appreciate that the majority of the members are women, and there is a range of ages, abilities, and personal goals: all are welcome and celebrated here. If you want to belong to a community, get stronger and/or more skilled in functional fitness, weight lifting, gymnastics, and/or olympic lifting, and push yourself- give it a try!

Dropped in twice while I was visiting Arcata. Lovely gym with a great layout, kind coaches, and flexible class times. Tim made me feel super welcome and gave me a lot of helpful coaching on my power clean, which helped me hit a PR. Would definitely return if I make it up to Arcata again!

Friendly staff and coaches. This gym welcomes everyone from beginners to well seasoned athletes. You're included and well taken care of. Also family friendly. We've had a couple of gym memberships in Humboldt and Lifted is the best.

Was back in humboldt visiting for a day and just had to come in for a workout!! Was so hard but in the best way. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a super welcoming group of people who all love a good workout!

This is the BEST gym in Humboldt. Whatever type of fitness you are looking for this gym has it. Power lifting, Olympic lifting, conditioning workouts, strength training, obstacle course race training, body building...and the list goes one. The programming is well thought out and you can pick and choose what to do based on your goals. Also the atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, there is friendly competition but no one is treated better than anyone else, everyone is just there to get fit and have fun. The coaches are all amazing and very helpful, especially if you are new to fitness, there is NO stigma about being a beginner here. Love this place and all the people in it!

FREE WEEKEND group workouts! Been going for several months now. The programs are easy to follow, the coaches are amazing and the comradery among the gym members is spectacular. There are always special events going on and special workouts for holidays. The workouts are great for bringing a friend who is on the fence about their fitness. The coaches explain everything very well and scaled workouts and alternative movements are always encouraged to maintain safety and function if you are still working up to it. The environment is fun and clean. Highly recommend going in to talk to a coach on staff if you'd like to try a week for free and come see what goes on. Various discounts available as well as special classes offered for a minor fee.
