LGI was absolutely amazing! We were first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect. Ryan Beaver and the others during the process made everything a breeze. They had answered all of our questions (including the silly ones). Ryan was a great representative with caring of what we wanted and made sure we knew all the details and payment breakdown from day one. Jordan, the construction manager was also great and addressed any concerns we had. Everyone involved were truly knowledgeable and on top of taking care of us. If I had to recommend a team, you cannot find one better than this one. We are truly grateful to have them there for us from day one with buying our first home. We cannot thank them enough!

True LGI fashion! Just moved in and the closet has completely collapsed… Please don’t let the “First time home buyer” reviews fool you. That haven’t moved in and discovered all the poor quality building yet.

Also my side walk out front is ruined because the ground is sinking and my drive way has already sunk 2”.

We have lived in our home for over 4 years and to go through and read some of the same things that we have experienced over the years is comical to me. The fact that LGI does not respond to the service tickets you put in is not the most upsetting. What is more upsetting is that once we put them in we go on with our lives thinking that they see them and will take care of the tickets only for problems to occur with the home then we go back to the ticket we placed only to see that they MARKED THE TICKET AS COMPLETED knowing they never called us or even came out to see what the issue was. Causing us to spend more money than we should have to. I have had several people ask me about about buying a home from LGI and I always steer them away. I tell them this is not a good company to buy from because you will be buying a Monopoly put together home. We started out fine with our realtor she was great The builder Dustin on the other hand was a jerk very condescending, rude, we have an issue with the way that they did all the piping in our bathroom, we showed him and he was supposed to get someone out to fix it. He never did and now he works for LGI in another state and we still have the bathroom issue. I have made several tickets over the years. I made a ticket a couple months back, the man came and explained that its been too long but he could go look at past tickets to see what's been done guess what he never got back to me nor my husband but made sure to mark that ticket as completed! We had an issue with our AC not heating up in certain areas of the home just as other in previous reviews have said as well. They had a company come in and install a whole new vent in my garage and for what? The issue still has not been fixed. My upstairs freezes while my downstairs overheats and sometimes its the opposite. I got tired of reading how LGI takes pride in their inspections and making sure that the home buying process is supposed to be done so well guess what LGI does not take pride in their homes NOT ONE BIT! if they did the review list would not be the same for most of the people writing these reveiws. Lets talk about the cleaning process! Thats a joke in itself. Dead bugs everywhere, paint all over in the tubs on the floors, hell we even had some on our cabinets in the bathrooms upstairs, dust everywhere. There is not any form of cleaning that was done when we moved in, we did all the cleaning but yet they sure made sure to collect their money at move-in time. My next thing is this HOA. They collect an HOA fee monthly and want to maintain clean grounds but yet they cannot keep steady grounds keepers. The grass rarely gets cut in the summer. The end lot of my home we have kept cut pretty much since we have been there but yet we are still required to maintain our fee. They don't water it at all. Ohh and thats another topic. There are weeds growing everywhere throughout the community. So what are they really collecting our money for, because its not getting put to use?

So all in all I would stay as far away from buying from this company as possible because they just want your money and will do nothing for you. Please read reviews before buying from these people.
