I almost made the mistake of thinking they fraudulently charged my credit cards - but I do actually have an LG Smart Refrigerator and I had set up automatic delivery replacements for my Fridge's air and water filter. This company is the LG Electrics American devision - So If you have an LG you should probably check and make sure before assuming it is fraud.

As with many others who are sharing reviews, they somehow got my account info and managed to charge my card for almost $1300. Have absolutely never heard of or done business with this company - found them through googling what is showing on my credit card statement. Filing a complaint immediately!

I don't know how they managed to get my debit card information, but they charged over 1700 dollars on my account. My bank already created a claim. I've never heard of this company before, nor have I done any sort of business with them. I hope whoever works for this company sees these poor reviews. You are stealing other's people money!! Shame on you!

They charged my credit nearly two thousand. I never even heard of them but this has happened to other people to. The bank stopped payment and I cancelled credit card to get a new number. The funny thing is they do business with banks what a coincidence.

Funny to see all these people crying foul for fraudulent charges when it's probably legit and they just forgot. LG CNS handles all of the business transactions for LG - the appliance company. More likely than not they bought a washing machine or dish washer and either forgot or are trying to get out of the charge.
I only looked this up because I saw it on my CC and thought it was fraud until I remembered we had our automatic charge for a water filter.
Anyway, the company IS actually legit.. so either people don't know what the heck they are talking about or are confusing this one with another company's.

This Company stole $1589.99 out of my account last night. I never heard of this Company nor have I EVER conducted business with them but, somehow they gained access to my debit card # and charged my account which sent it into overdraft and also drafted my savings for the balance my checking didn’t cover!
I’m sick! It’s the 1st of the month and my rent money is gone. A BIG SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
