I am renting a town house under this legacy managment in Newark foxwood town houses, it's been almost 3 years. What I have got to know is you can rent a house from them and then they do not keep up with the maintenance. When summer started My AC was not working and I told them to send someone to fix it but they never sent anyone for almost a month and half then they sent a maintenance guy to check it and he said they would have to call a technician to fix it...what was the point of sending home then? So after another month has passed and a few more phone calls to the requesting someone to come fix it still no one has came....Really disappointed
