My Wife Linda and I have been dealing with Lees Real Estate for over 20 years. It was out of sheer luck that we started going to them. Being right around the corner from our condo we went over one day introduced ourselves and the rest is history. They are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the area for rentals. One thing I value from them is that someone is always available to answer your questions. If Margie, the agent we usually deal with is not in, Eddie or Sarah will jump right in to help out or make sure Margie gets back to us. If looking for a rental, they are great. They will work to find a place for you within your price range and as a landlord, they do everything possible to make sure your place gets rented out for a full season. Extremely happy with them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have had our property listed for summer rentals with Ed Lees at Lees Real Estate Agency since 2012. Working with Ed and the Lees team has been a pleasure, year after year they have vetted and provided the best clients for our condo. Because of their scrutiny, we have never had a problem with payment, damage, rowdiness or uncooperative renters. We have used other agencies over the years and none of them compares to the efficiency of Lees, finding renters that fill our vacancies every year with most bookings in place months before the season starts.
