The heavyset security guard with glasses is completely rude and takes her job way too seriously.I didn’t get her name, but I will be filing a complaint when someone answers the phone! Everyone else was nice

Friendly and efficient. They helped me get my title transferred from another state without any attitudes or hassle. 3 different agents assisted in getting this done properly and in a timely manner. Very clean location and I went after 1pm so that probably explains no line. I'd definitely use this location again.

The tall man was wonderful and very helpful!! He took very good care of us even after the lady with the glasses wouldn’t let me speak. He asked me to go inside and tell her I was here. She sent me right back out without letting me even say anything. Then he asked her about it and she just shrugged. She was dreadful and very rude to everyone else as well. He however is the reason I chose three stars.

This entity works for the people yet doesn’t answer questions from the community. I’ve made several attempts at the meetings to ask them for transparency with all actions going on in the county. Recently they approved the sheriff to employ a liaison for the community. The Lee County Commission doesn’t want you to know what’s going on in your community.

Rude employees...one in particular, doesn’t listen, Talks down to customers and us just very unprofessional. If you’re having a rough day, try not to take it out on the citizens of Lee County who are just trying to comply with tag renewal laws. I wish I could submit a formal complaint. Does anyone know how?

Never had an issue here. I feel like they bent over backwards to help me out each and every time I call or come in. I am from Maryland, so I am not used to this excellent customer service. I don't know who wrote that 1 star review, but she need to reevaluate her life
