No customer service , bad website utilities and navigation , a bit like a scam set up , pay us , things dont work properly ect ect . No good . Someone need to start company to compete with this guys

For some unnknown reason they've blocked me from logging in. My email has not changed. My password has not changed. When I try to re-set my password they do not send the "email" with the link to change password. This is the second time I've had this happen.
I've emailed their customer service, I've called. 2 hours later - no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
How are dispensaries going to order from vendors if you keep blocking us?
