Stephanie V. has given outstanding assistance under most recently less than ideal circumstances. She always performs professionally, going the extra mile to make things work, and when we don't have the right cables, she makes then magically appear out of her briefcase. She is pleasant, never complains, is always patient, and doesn't make you feel bad for messing up often simple problems. If she runs into a problem, she consults with her IT staff to resolve any issues. A five star plus in my book.
