I have used Landport for nearly 16 years and counting. During which time I have worked directly with Jeff Langner. This work order system is extremely user friendly, streamlines workflows and you can pull up historical data quickly for review. I have worked with Landport support to develop the workflow, and equipment lists for the prior company I worked for in Boston in the Property Management field and they made the process so easy as well as efficient. I have recently relocated to Washington DC and have introduced Landport here in a museum/exhibit type setting. This is a wonderful tool for our staff to use to report facility issues as well as tracking our tech PM work orders. Our staff loves the ability to receive notifications via email and or text as well as the option to upload photos to each work order. I would highly recommend working with Jeff and the Landport team.

My first review of this system was over 8 years, and I still strongly recommend it for commercial and mixed use properties. We have been working with the Landport system for about 12 years now. The customer service is fantastic. Implementation and use were very "user" friendly. The reporting structure allows me to customize the reports per each owner's criteria.

The system is easy to use which was a major selling point for us. Our tenants love it and the accessibility that it allows for them to track workorders. Would recommend this product for anyone who needs a preventative maintenance/workorder program.
