Last Monday, two gentlemen Noah and Jose working for Kit Carson to replace a power box from the fiber optic network to my router these two gentlemen were cordial professional, made me feel confident that they were going to fix my problem with my computer and my Internet, which they did. They did it with speed, professionalism, and lightheartedness. It made me feel that Kit Carsons work force truly wants to help and be part of part the family of Taos

In mid-July 2024, after 17-years, we switched FROM: CenturyLink Home Phone & Internet AND DISH Network Satellite TO: Kit Carson Internet. While there were some bumps in the road in this process, Internal Installation Team were absolutely Best-in-Class, specifically Mr Ryan Ferguson, Telecom Engineer, a Very Insightful, Intelligent & Resourceful person!, & Luis. We could not be more pleased with Kit Carson Internet and wished we had done it sooner. We are now part of the entire Kit Carson Electric, Internet & Propane Cylinder Refilling Services Family and pleased to support Local Businesses & Taos!
Special Mention to the External Installation Team, including Sam and Administration Team, including Francina Trujillo & Michelle, for their part in this process.

Jose & Chris came out to fix an issue with the box on the outside of my home and were very courteous and professional. We talked about Taos and new development happening here in town. Very easy to work with and got the job done in a timely manner & also explained details of my router and setup to me.

Horrible service they never fix the internet here in Angel Fire NM and when they do they just leave it til the next day and also $85 a month for this bunk of internet is just fraudulent. Il look to file a complaint to the BBB. I’m tired of irrelevant internet service all they do is push good customers away. Worst decision yet was joining them when I could’ve just stayed with centurylink and they should apply credits for missed time of the outage this just proves all they care about is $$$ not RELIABLE service. We been out of service since last night now it’s 5 am and Still no help or anything at all.

As an employee and a coop customer/owner, this place is fantastic. True fiber to the home (FTTH) leaving enough capacity to upgrade everyone in the coop. Great customer support, service and staff. Fully symmetric speeds instead of the normal asymmetrical service provided by bigger ISPs. Helping bring broadband to the rural disadvantaged communities, everyone here is truly helping others, which is a stark contrast to the brutal capitalist corporate model.

Extremely difficult. Fill out this form, wait for a call that never comes, go back give the electric company your cash, come back show your receipt then go home and wait for a technician who never shows up or calls go back day 3 ask why it's so hard to get the service you paid for and find out that I'm the technician who has to bring them my router and install myself but it took too long and Xfinity is better. Refund.
