This is a long one, but every word is worth it!

I own a restaurant in San Francisco--it is in a very old building and has had many tenants before us. When it comes to wiring/internet/music solutions it appears that everyone kind of piggybacked on whatever existed there before them. We, unfortunately, had to continue the piggyback for our first year of business (we just couldn't afford to hire a professional during the pandemic). We finally reached a point that the music system was cutting out and had to find someone to install something new.

I cannot tell you how very, very thankful I am to have stumbled on Kingsley Tech Consultants. Russ was the first one to come out to visit the venue in person and diagnose what we had going on. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I was so impressed with what he could tell me just by looking and poking around a little bit. I could tell from this first walk-around that they were going to do a great job, be honest about what we needed to spend on, and be economical where they could. They did not disappoint.

Russ looked at our internet connections, sound system, hardware and wiring on the first visit. He took pictures, made notes and we chatted about what the likely solutions would be. He quoted me a timeframe for when to expect an estimate and it arrived by email, right on time. They were very detailed in the products and points of service that they recommended and I felt very comfortable to accept the estimates and schedule a return visit for the actual service and installation. I should also mention at this point that I only expected them to be able to help with the sound system and was WILDLY ecstatic that they were able to help us with our internet speed and a few other technical struggles. We use Comcast and they are very unhelpful whenever we call to get help with our internet speed. I thought we were just doomed to struggle with it forever, but Kingsley really came through for us in myriad ways.

On installation day, Russ returned with Brooke, the owner of the company. They walked through the space with me again and answered a few lingering questions that I had for them. They brought all the equipment that they needed to fix up our internet issues and outfit us with a wonderful new sound system. They were incredibly respectful of myself, our space and my staff--they were really careful when moving equipment around, checked in with me frequently to make sure things were set up to our preferences and even asked if I had paint on hand so they could camouflage some wires.

I mentioned it quickly earlier, but they were also able to save us a significant amount of money while still delivering exactly the results that we needed. It's not because they cut corners, it's because they are truly excellent at their craft and operate with utmost integrity. Before they left, they updated the final invoice and I was so pleasantly surprised with the result! Rather than install additional, expensive equipment that we didn't need, they tailored their approach to our unique space and were able to achieve the desired result with less equipment that originally anticipated. I paid for a portion of the services ahead of time--when Brooke showed me the final number, I thought it was our remaining balance and was fully prepared to pay an additional $2K without even blinking an eye because that is how wonderful the end result and how painless the process.

Ultimately we have a great, rich sound for our music that has appropriate presence without being LOUD (which works well for our concept) and our internet situation finally makes sense and works at an excellent, consistent speed! I also know exactly who I will call any time I need technical or sound support of any kind at all.
