We have used Kinetik I.T. since 2004 and have never experienced anything other than top notch service and expertise! Every person I have dealt with is dedicated to the company and a true pleasure to work with. They are not just an IT company, they provide a wide array of services and support for custom software, cloud services, and web development. They have many different plans to fit your company and also provide equipment and software at better prices that I was able to find on my own. We had several disasters and their techs were at our location right away and did not leave until we were up and running! We also used them for our custom software system that was aging. They rewrote the software, bringing it up to date with added security and increased the efficiency and speed to a level we did not think was possible. We were all extremely pleased with the results.
If I could, I would give them more stars and I would definitely recommend Kinetik I.T.!!!

Kinetik is the best I.T. company I have ever worked with (I'd give them 10 stars)! I sent out an inquiry about their services late one night (for the company I work for) and Josette emailed me back within minutes and we went back and forth for a few hours about our needs. She was super helpful and was able to answer all the initial questions I had. She sent John over to our office when it was convenient for us to help with our I.T. needs I was inquiring about. Since we began working with them, their service has been exceptional, reliable, consistent and professional. Terri has been absolutely amazing with getting answers back to us in a timely fashion and if you haven't met her yet, you should. She runs the show and is a pleasure to work with. From the get go, my team has felt 100% comfortable with the Kinetik team and know they act in our best interest.

Very patient, thorough and creative. Working with us on a database we created back in the 2006 era with MS Access that we have babied for YEARS. They are getting us updated, helped with our almost dead server (also from 2006). We are becoming more efficient every time we get an updated to our database. Very competent and easy to work with company. Highly recommend!

You can get great IT support here (most of the time), but heaven help you if you ask them for a quote for anything they might want to sell. They are the only company I ever encountered who has the nerve to charge consulting fees for the time it takes to put a quote together. And still not provide a quote. They managed to lose a long time client for a $500 bill.
