Kerry Ann exceeded all our expectations! She was patient with our mile-long list of "must-haves," promptly communicated via email and text, and was happy to show us houses on short notice. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about not only Colorado real estate laws, but regulations and potential issues that are specific to Clear Creek County and owning property in a mountainous/somewhat rural area. This became quite evident as we interacted with our seller's realtor who, although from the area, did not seem educated or proactive about things. Kerry Ann also helped get us connected with local social organizations and contractors, which has been invaluable. This is not just a job for her; she clearly feels passionate about helping people and finding her clients the best home fit! If you are looking for a home in Georgetown and surrounding areas, I can't imagine a better person than Kerry Ann for the job.

Kerry Ann assisted us in selling our Denver home and managing a contingency contract on a purchase in the mountains. Hello, Kerry Ann McHugh recently worked with us to sell our cabin in Idaho Springs, Colorado. Kerry Ann answered all of our questions we had about selling the cabin and what we should do to get it ready to sell. She also gave us suggestions on getting things checked out like the wood burning stove so there would not be any problems going through inspection. Kerry Ann is very easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed her help and knowledge. My husband and I highly recommend her.
