Kendal and Connor were not able to recover any data from my hard drive. Ken is a very detailed oriented person. I was having major issues with my laptop that I use for my company. He gave me the choice of a new laptop after he looked at mine and it had many problems. Excellent Customer Service. Brought my gaming laptop in that was having issues. Not only did they solve the issue, they also reinstalled and optimized the operating system to make it faster than it has ever been! Only took them a day. Highly recommend for anything computer related.

Kendal is awesome!
Took them my old laptop to get cleaned up and running better.
It was working great when I got it back. But within a day no fault of Kendal the hard drive started to degrade. Took it back and they were able to recover all my data and put it on a new computer.
They went above and beyond too help me out!!
Highly recommend them for all your computer and technology needs! Can’t thank them enough !!

The customer service here is incredible and they sure know how to do a good job! I had cracked my phone screen a few weeks back and I talked to Ken, and he was super helpful in getting the correct information and always kept me updated on what was going on. Very thorough, very nice, and always ready to help. Definitely will go through Kendal again if I have any other issues. I highly recommend this place over any others!

KTS finished a computer build for me. They are very knowledgeable with everything computers and electronics. Very friendly helpful staff. They try hard to make sure you are satisfied with their service. I highly recommend KTS. I would definitely use them again for any electronic needs.
