I had an excellent experience with Keep my Gas Inc. Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Followed up with phone calls and suggestions. This is the 2nd (2020 & 2024) time I have requested Keep My Gas NYC to complete all of the required paperwork filings and Gas piping systems inspection for compliance with LL152 of 2016. Bill was able to explain to me all of the necessary steps and assured me all of the paperwork would be completed and filed on my behalf, I just had to provide some basic information about the property. Doug completed the inspection on the date and time we agreed on and then also explained to me that there weren't any issues to resolve. As a property owner in NYC, there are plenty of regulatory steps to contend with, Bill and Doug made this one much easier for me. I would certainly recommend Keep My Gas NYC for any property owner wishing to make this a painless process.

Bill and Keep My Gas came very highly recommended and I can see why. For quick context, I am the board president of a small condo that has recently decided to pursue self-management because of the consistently awful experiences we've had with property management companies. From our first conversation, it became clear that Keep My Gas wasn't exactly right for our small condo in the immediate future, but Bill didn't let that stop him from going out of his way to help me make sure our building was LL152 compliant or from reaching out to his extensive network to find vetted vendors to serve our needs.
