Kaycee quickly diagnosed the problem and I was able to decide to fix the old computer or get a new one.

She even gives training on how to protect the computer and 30 days of help.

First, Kaycee got me set up with the fastest computer I've ever had and then set me up for all my legal documents I prepare as a Legal Document Assistant to be saved in Drop Box so when I work from home I can have access to all my files. Kaycee from Computer Angels got me started back in 2011 when I was opening a new solo office with electronic medical records. In addition to getting me connected, she helped me select my EHR which has been very easy to use at very nominal costs... much better than having paper charts for sure! She has since provided me maintenance and updates and has been very responsive to any 'crisis' and able to resolve it or figure a way to resolve it. She has also been instrumental in educating my staff about cyber security and keeping us 'clean' and free of viruses and other outside intrusions. Recommend her with no hesitation!
