My Dad and I had a great experience selling my Dad’s house with Karen. We were not physically in the city for the sale but Karen was there for us every step of the way. I highly recommend Karen Harrison as your realtor! She is truly 5 stars all the way! Our first time meeting she was very professional as well as warm and sweet. She had a detailed and very well thought out strategy for how to sell my home fast! And It did! Her recommendations for painting and the way she staged the home, the lighting, the photography...it all made a huge difference in how my home was represented. She utilized several different methods to market my home for maximum online exposure. She held an open house 3 days after listing and another one the following weekend. In about 3 weeks after listing my home for sale we were under contract and we closed a month later! I could not be more pleased with her service. She was very quick to reply back to any calls and texts and always seemed to be a step or two ahead. Anything I would ask about she had already taken care of it. We had weekly meetings to touch base and she kept me very well informed of where we were in the process and what was next. She was truly a delight to work with! When I am ready to purchase a home again I will definitely go to Karen! I can't thank her enough for making a very stressful process for me easy and flawless! Let her do the same for you. She's a gem!
