Excellent customer service all around since our contract began a few months ago. We have had someone consistently contact me to check in on how the new copier is functioning; if I have a question and call support, I am called back by their IT support person within 5 minutes and they are patient to work through multiple questions with me; and when staff has encountered any problems, KC Digital reaches out to check in and see if they can offer any assistance, and they promptly send a technician out to help make improvements. Very thoughtful and thorough folks, and I feel like we are in such good hands! Thank you all so much!

Great vendor! I've been with my current company for over 3 years and have been extremely satisfied with the support KC Digital has provided. This is the first environment I have supported that uses Kyocera copiers/printers and I have been thoroughly impressed. The units have been, for the most part, very consistent and worry free. When there is an issue the KC Digital technicians have been responsive and knowledgeable. From the supply personnel, technicians, to the account managers, KC Digital has been a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to any company that wants superior products and great support.

I started using KC Digital about 11 years ago after having really poor service from our copier maintenance provider. I have now had the pleasure of saying with close to 500 printers and copiers over the years say the service offer by KV Digital has been outstanding! The installation each time we upgrade models has gone smoothly. The service Technicians that come out of the years have been fully trained and ready to make the repairs. We have at least one toner on stock for each units and once we go to use the toner the replacement is already on it's way with KC Digital monitoring our needs. I would highly recommend anyone looking copier or printers to use KC Digital. The service level one of the main reasons we have been with them for 11 years now,

KC Digital helps our office remotely to the point where we don't even have to THINK about it and THAT is an awesome thing! Our rep, April, is extremely kind and thorough and responsive to any needs we may have. She checks in with us all the time and I know she will be there whenever we reach out to her!! Our service techs are knowledgeable and getting our supplies is automatic, so what could be easier

I recently added another printer to the already 4 that we have at work and the experience with KC Digital was superb a 10+ in my books. There employees were knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. they went over and above their duties and help me out with a little problem I was having with our printer turning off. They jumped in and fixed the issue and I was up and running fast. GREAT WORK!!!!! I would recommend them to all who needs a printer.
