I love this place! We bring our phones and our laptops in anytime we need help. These guys are so knowledgeable and helpful. They work very quickly and they are so reasonably priced.

Took 2 items for repair. A camera that had charging port missing and air pod pro. Fixed nothing. Told me pods were fixed but needed charge.
Got home. Not fixed took back. Had to call month later. Said my telephone number wrong on invoice.
All bs.
Just for the $45. Diagnostic fee…..
Cost me more in gas going back to shop behind blatant lies.
Go elsewhere!!

These guys are the absolute best! Very professional and very knowledgeable. Fixed up my android phone after another phone repair place damaged it trying to fix it. These guys got it done with extreme care, explained and showed me exactly what went wrong and how they fixed it. They have a customer for life! Saw several people bring in tablets and computer to get fixed which they seemed extremely knowledgeable over fixing as well. Definitely dont go anywhere else when you need your tech devices serviced.

These guys saved me by repairing my phone with a workaround, an hour before closing, when I needed to leave town. The price was so much less than I would have paid to buy a new phone- and there was no hard sell on the more extensive repair that would have left me without a phone during my trip. Second time I've been there (first time was my laptop). Will totally go back and recommend to others.

if you take something in for repair to this business, they charge you $45 upfront that you pay for first for the “estimate“ it would appear they never work on your device and their communication skills are horrible. They don’t call you. You have to call them. I don’t believe they ever took my device apart. It was a laptop, but they somehow said it needed a new motherboard. I talked to the owner Fred, who said “would you like us to get you a price on the motherboard“ I said, yes, they never got back to me . I would say all they do is collect your $45 and not work on your gear and if they do their communication skills are horrible they won’t ever call you. Avoid these guys.

I love small businesses in my local community and prefer to patronize them and always hope for a positive experience. Unfortunately, this does not appear to be the case here and my assessment here is that these people are less than honest.

I paid $80 to replace a shattered screen on my Moto 4G cell phone but a few days later it cracked while using it and he refused to honor the warranty or even my offer of 50/50 for another screen. Even though the state of Cali has a 30-day implied warranty. Is it worth small claims court for $80?

My iPhone screen was broken and I tried to fix it myself, thinking it would be easy. Save yourself the time and go here. The price is fair and the turn around was fast. The screen coloring is a bit off, but it’s really no big deal. The employees there were all really nice too. There was a miscommunication with a diagnostic fee that was supposed to go toward my bill and it wasn’t, but after calling and explaining what happened, they immediately refunded the diagnostic fee. They even let my two kids get a bubble gum ball from the machine on them. They took a phone that I thought I had destroyed and made it work. Very pleased.

Complete rip off. Paid $135 to have absolutely nothing done to a laptop. Assured there was a complete reset and checking of hardware connections and that it had been run for some time. Total falsehood. Battery was flat and won't charge and it is impossible to even turn it on. Told a pack of lies as they knew I was needing it in a hurry as I was leaving. Should've checked thoroughly in store but was in a hurry and paid for my mistake. Seems from the other reviews that they might be able to do some basic phone repair but they are clearly happy with being dishonest so I cannot recommend them to do anything.
