Super pleased with the quick response from Just In Time Electrical & Plumbing. I was having a new washer and dryer delivered and installed by another company and they were unable to install due to a corroded valve on the washer hose. After connecting with Just In Time, I was given a window of service for the same day. Jay came out within the window and was extremely polite, communicative, and efficient. He gave me numerous options on what could be done regarding the repair. I really appreciated his patience waiting for me to try to call the other business to determine a reschedule time for installation so I could determine which repair route to take. We were very happy to have found Just In Time's services! We called for a free estimate to install an EV charger. Austin was able to come out within a couple of days and gave us a couple of options. He gave me detail answers to all of my questions regarding the job. We scheduled the the job right away at a time that was most convenient for us. The crew (John and John) showed up on time, explained what they needed to do, and installed the charger within a few hours. Everything was done as explained. There were no surprises with the job nor the price. The crew respected my space, cleaned up after themselves, and even stayed to help me set up the app needed for the charger to work! Our water heater started acting up, and near the end of its life. Jay was very professional and quick. He had a replacement water heater installed quickly. I work from home and Jay was cognizant of this, by working quietly. He was efficient with both our time, and also went beyond to protect the flooring and clean up after himself, by vacuuming the area he worked in and the way back out to the truck.
