Ms Josie is one of the sweetest and caring people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Went in last minute to get my taxes over with, knowing the outcome i simply had questions about how it works and Mrs Josie and Mrs Sylvia I believe we're both extremely helpful through it. I was given many answers about how my job hasn't allocated properly, Mrs. Josie broke down everything slow and clearly for me to understand and even gave me tips about how to catch up and not owe, along with how to pay off whats owed without going broke, seriously what a great place to have gone.
