We use Jones IT at our company and have done so for years. They are a huge asset for a third-party IT management, and they have been a tremendous help to our organization. The team that supports us have great attitudes are always available during the support window, are quick to respond to our users, and go above and beyond to support our organization. I’d like to specifically call out Daniel, who I interact with many times a week, no matter what request I throw at him, he is friendly, helpful, and quick.
