Bottom line: Strongly recommended that you not invest your valuable time or monetary resources in this firm. Communication with them is vague and unprofessional if any type of response is provided at all.

They are also not familiar with the most basic technology to get your taxes done.Billing was also unclear and/or changed continuously. Received a letter by snail mail for the start of 2023 saying "Due to staffing constraints, we cannot provide tax preparation services for your organization."

Reviews are crucial for any company, and while most of my reviews are positive, individuals should be warned about this firm.

In 2022, I went to this firm for one of my new companies after my previous accountant retired. Communication became difficult the minute I signed the agreement with them. First, RED FLAG.

As a CFO, I was able to provide this firm with all the tax accounting information extremely early.

After months of silence and/or excuses of the accountant being in a meeting, out to lunch, not in the office, etc. Second RED FLAG. The secretary finally asked why I was calling. When I said I needed my taxes finished, she seemed confused and in shock since it was after the tax deadline.

I finally got a call back only to be told rudely that an "extension really didn't matter." Final RED FLAG.I understand if things are not in order, provided late, or are complicated, extensions can happen, but this was not the case.

Finally, when taxes were done (late), I had to plea with them to send them securely digitally so I could get all the appropriate forms to my partners more efficiently. It took a while even then, as they said they were mailing everything first, and it was an inconvenience for them.

Billing came months later by snail mail, and I paid in full to close this chapter.

The silver lining is I did not have to reach out to them and let them know I was not moving forward with them. They actually did it for me by sending me that letter.

Time is short - don't waste it on people and companies that don't care about you. Hope this review helps!
