I am probably not John's ideal client, but he still treated me like one! I am an author and, in the final stages of my book draft, my computer got a virus and shut down. Of course, I was horrified. I immediately called John because I met him networking and trusted his honesty and experience- he has done SO much in his field, I was really impressed. I knew with all he has done, that my little laptop virus wasn't going to be a problem (or that was my hope).

Sure enough, he looked it over, worked his IT magic and I had my laptop, and book draft, back to me safe and sound within 48 hours. I got the bill and it was less than I expected to pay and was worth every dime. I mean really, how important is it to not lose something so precious? He gave me some suggestions for back up solutions in case I ever have something like that happen again.

I felt John was honest, reliable and knowledgeable. I would use him again and I would recommend him to others. I was very pleased with his work.

John Baldwin is a life savor!!! For what seemed to be years, our Quickbooks would all of a sudden ABORT in the middle of the work day and unsaved work would be deleted! This became a reoccuring issue every week and almost everyday. I met John Baldwin and had him come over and look at the situation. He was able to fix the problem and we have not had Quickbooks ABORT since. This was a huge relief! John now has become our IT guy who monitors, updates and makes sure all of our computers and softwares are up to date and work properly. John is very responsive and can almost immediately fix a problem or get it fixed within 24 hours. I highly recommend John for any IT work you may need.

I finally had to call john for a problem with a computer that came to me through the purchase of a business.
That thing had some serious bugs on it.
I imagine that the previous owner of the business never really took care of the machine, and boy did it show.
John made a valiant attempt to fix the machine. He worked on it for hours.

I had to negotiate my payment to John UP to what it should have been.
