I needed help urgently. A pending legal matter required my email be up and running and printer working properly and neither was. Not only did Jeff ANSWER his phone ? he came out SAME DAY! Who does this?!!!! I can tell you....NOBODY! He reprogrammed my copier to communicate with my computer, explained why my Gmail account had to be accessed through Chrome in under an hour. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Extremely professional, Jeff gets right down to business and accomplishes the task at hand quickly, which makes his hourly rate a bargain! I was able to move from Windows 7 to 10 seamlessly, and changed from Internet Explorer to Chrome with ease. He's also a good teacher! He is honest, caring and highly qualified.

Jeff has serviced our computers for 3 years, our old one and then our new one that he configured and installed.. He does the yearly maintenance on the computer and has always done a great job.
