I attended a workshop for my women’s group that was led by one of the therapists from Forward in Heels. It was insightful and educational. The timing was perfect since I was searching to establish what I wanted in my personal life and work life. The workshop included exercises that focused on identifying core values, which gave me the opportunity to pinpoint where my values did (or didn’t) intersect with what I wanted at work and with friends/family. These exercises empowered me to make change in my life that helped me feel more balanced and fulfilled. The best part of these exercises is that they were simple, direction oriented, and repeatable. As I’ve progressed in my career, I make a point of revisiting these value exercises. The workshop was different from my previous experiences with self-help exercises and therapy generally. I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to make meaningful steps to identify problems and implement change.

I attended a workshop led by one of the therapists from Forward in Heels, and it was really eye-opening! I had been struggling to identify what exactly was missing for me at work, and after doing an exercise to identify my core values, I could see exactly where my current job aligned with my values and where it did not! This helped me to make some adjustments in my life that eventually made me feel more fulfilled. Honestly, the exercises and information from this workshop were simple, direct, and actionable in a way that I find is not always the case with therapy and self-help. I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to take the steps to identify problems and take action to address them!

Although not a current patient, I’ve consulted professionally with the therapists there. They are truly committed to empowering women and are proactive and practical in their approach. I have also read the Forward in Heels book, which is less a read and more a workbook that was both challenging and rewarding to progress through and demonstrates the practice’s passion for women’s self- growth and development. Would highly recommend.

I read the Forward in Heels book which really helped me figure out what I value and need in both my job and personal relationships. I subscribed to their newsletter as well and I find all their blogs really interesting and helpful.
