You cannot reach the offices directly. If you call any of these numbers listed you will be routed to their call center. So I started off at the Blalock office in late 2023 for ortho (i.e) braces and general dentistry. Loved that branch, never had an issue with appointments, etc. Then, I am notified that they no longer offer orthodontics and my file would be transferred to a new location at either Airline, Lyons, or Cypress. I picked Lyons and the call center scheduled an appointment for me over the phone. I went to my appointment and they said there was never an appointment scheduled and they don’t have anything available for at least a month. I went ahead and called for another location and was routed to the call center who made my ortho appointment at the Cypress office. I go to that appointment and they state they do not accept transferring clients. I explain to the call center I haven’t done any ortho work in months because of all of this and they schedule an emergency appointment at the Lyons office. Finally, I have an adjustment done. Tomorrow is my second time with them. They’ve called and sent messages for me to confirm. I confirmed via text on 4/1, Jefferson Dental responds “Thank you”. Now, I get a voicemail that I never confirmed so my appointment has been canceled. I immediately callback within less than 5 minutes and the appointment is gone and the only slot is at 8:30AM. I already requested time off for the afternoon slot that should have never been canceled and all they can say is “Sorry”. I paid for my ortho is advance but I will never recommend this company. I have screenshots of today and all of the other issues.

I've never had a bad experience with Jefferson Dental Dr Botrous, Cip, Victoria, and the manager Christina really make things comfortable. Great bedside manner. Always assuring you that you'll be well taken care of.

The staff is very professional and welcoming. I was able to go in as a walk-in and the whole process was easy and efficient. The doctor was very professional and made me feel at ease with the extraction. I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff was very nice all the way from the front desk to my X-ray tech back to the front desk they were very nice very helpful and hygienist and Dentist were awesome.

If you want a beautiful smile you better use Jefferson dental where they clean you pallet with the beautiful staffing team and I love that hygienist I fell asleep on her she woke me up and my mouth feeling like a million bucks can't wait to go back to them they so beautiful at that place it's coming from your boy Timothy herschelwood hard head from the lone Star State I feel great man y'all better get your teeth done at Jefferson dental 👉🏿👑❣️🙏🏿💌🥰🧸

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a dental office! Dr. Trinh was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain all the treatments. The staff was warm and welcoming and it was obvious they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend.

The ortho process has been mediocre & very unpleasant when it comes to scheduling appointments the office schedules then calls & reschedules at the last moment pushing back not only my schedule but my dental treatments as well. No manager on site has been able to assist because their at another site really a sad situation when the patient’s health is not priority

I initially started coming here for my son’s braces, but unfortunately, this has been the worst dental office I’ve experienced. On one occasion, I was told I had a cavity and paid to have it filled. I scheduled a follow-up appointment a few days later, waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, only for the staff to inform me that I didn’t actually have a cavity after all. It was a complete waste of my time and incredibly frustrating.

Additionally, the wait times at this office are consistently excessive. It’s unclear why the schedule is packed so tightly if they don’t have sufficient staff to manage the patients efficiently. I’ve lost confidence in their professionalism and organization.
