It's advisable to keep records or take photos of any items left with him, as there seems to be a lack of accountability in tracking them. While he is polite, this friendliness can sometimes overshadow unresolved issues. I've referred two friends to his shop, and they experienced similar challenges. The owner and his wife are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met! He is very professional and has helped me fix my iphone several times! He works very quickly and the prices are very fair! I would recommend to anyone. 5/5 stars from me!

Omg I can write a book - my daughters & I went to get our phones fixed - The Owner was very knowledgeable pleasant gave us great advice on our apple products- I personally watched how he interacted with his other customers although we felt special I notice he treated everyone there with the same family friendly experience. If he can read this thank u - I am the one with the two Muslim girls

I got my iPhone fixed here and replaced my screen and battery. No less than 90 days later my phones battery is completely gone and the battery health is undetectable (essentially a cheap or used battery was probably used though I was told it was brand new) and many of the wires inside have short circuited due to the person fixing it being incompetent. My phone won't take any charge or turn on !!!!!!! This man refused to help me or rectify the situation. I would AVOID this shop at all cost , there are better shops that can fix your phone in Irvington. If my phone can't be fixed or turned on I will be losing all my daughter's baby pictures and my important information I have on that phone. It's honestly not worth it , terrible shop, unprofessional owner.
