They are holding our system hostage. We have crestron installed - stay away from installing home audio systems because they will become obsolete and this company will not help!!! We’ve contacted multiple times!!! Come fix our problems!!!!

Actually don’t come, you guys are terrible. Give me the source code so someone else can come fix the problem!!!
