My computer battery died and I couldn't charge it. I called Jason and he was able to look at it right away. He confirmed it was the battery, ordered a new one and had it in by the next day along with a general clean up of the fan and stuff inside. I called Jason in the morning and asked if he could look at my computer. He said yes andd he had it done the same day. cleaned all the virus' and malware from my laptop. Very nice, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and also followed up in a week to make sure the laptop had no more problems. I would recommend him to everyone with computer issues.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! Jason worked on our computer and my mom’s computer. He was very diligent to find the issues and quickly repair them.
He was great from start to finish!
He is very knowledgeable, Professional, friendly, timely, and reasonably priced. He kept us informed with pictures of the steps with excellent communication. Jason was amazing with thorough and speedy repair! I feel like he treats every computer with his upmost attention. We are very grateful to have found him!

Jason has been invaluable on two occasions. First, when an out-of-town computer repair shop inadvertently password protected my computer, he provided suggestions by text on how to access it that were spot on. Second, a microphone on a new laptop was malfunctioning. He fixed it within a couple of hours after dropping the computer at his shop, while also providing some much-needed updates. He is professional, courteous, reasonably priced and completely knowledgeable about computers. My “go to” for computer issues without hesitation.

Jason was amazing…. I’m not techy at all, but my laptop battery died so I took it in, he diagnosed a few other things that needed fixing, also walked me thru (in layman’s terms) the long range impacts of fixing my old laptop vs upgrading, software support, how to find the right new one, etc. So he got me back in business with a game plan to get a new one when the time is right, to make sure all my docs and pics and everything will be on the new one. Def would recommend Jason, he made sure it all got done correctly and I understood.

Highly recommend. I brought in my older Mac laptop when I thought it had gone to the great hard drive in the sky, taking all of my beloved photos and data with it. Not only did Jason rescue it, he replaced the hard drive, restored the computer, and cleaned it to look like new—all within the space of two days and for a very reasonable price. He will be my go-to Mac person from now on.

After just moving to Palm Springs, I managed to baptize my MacBook Pro keyboard with a blueberry smoothie—not so smooth on my part. I was afraid the computer was gonners. Jason immediately identified the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and had everything fixed in just three days. It feels like new. When you find someone who is competent, fast, and reliable, like Jason, they become your go-to for all things Apple. Plus he is a nice guy. Everything went smoothly except for the smoothie.I can’t recommend him enough—definitely five-star service!
