I really enjoyed working with Jamin. I was in the market for a home recently and I was referred to him by a friend of mine. From the start Jamin was professional, straight forward, and insightful about buying a home in the Colorado market. He worked with us patiently and got us into the home that was a great fit for me and my family, for a good deal. He helped us bid the right price which was very close and gave us the win! Jamin was amazing at every step of the home buying process. We were first time home buyers that did not currently live in the area. With the first call with him he listened to all of our preferences and gave some great insight into the Littleton area. When we traveled to look at houses he managed to fit house hunting into one day, and even threw in a bonus house. While walking through each home he took the time to teach us what red flags to look for in a home and what to expect in the buying process.

Once we decided on a home he moved lightning quick; it was a Saturday night. He took the time to go through every single document with us to make sure we fully understood everything we were signing. Jamin kept us up to date on where we were in the process. When it came to getting items from the home inspection addressed he fought hard for us. He regularly checked in on us to see how we were doing as the move and closing got closer. Closing was a breeze. There were a few items that needed to be addressed by the seller and Jamin did not stop until they were completed.

From start to finish Jamin was incredibly responsive to calls, texts, emails; no matter what time of day or night. He genuinely had our best interest in mind throughout the process. We knew we were in good hands. Without a doubt we will use Jamin again whenever we decide to move again.

We have used Jamin multiple times because of the effort he consistently puts in to ensure we receive the home of our dreams. We have solely purchased new build homes and with that has come a number of challenges, where the builders tried to back out of certain commitments. Jamin was on top of every challenge immediately, and fought for us and got the builders to honor their commitments. Jamin is not only dedicated but he’s knowledgeable about building construction and the legality surrounding that field, which has made him successful in defending our buying process. If Jamin does not have the answer right away, he does his due diligence and gets back to you quickly. Jamin recently helped me sell my large lot home in Arapahoe county. The sale was complicated because of well/water rights and septic system considerations associated with the property. Jamin worked with the buyer and necessary state/county and local authorities to ensure that all items were covered. When a property boundary issue arose, Jamin worked with multiple survey/engineering firms, contractors and county authorities to resolve the problem. Jamin continually communicated with me and the buyer keeping us informed of all issues, solutions and progress. The result was a timely closing and satisfied customers.
