Jake was great in helping sell my Dad's house. He even helped out getting someone to pump out the septic for me and moved the furniture out of the house to help me out. He is greatly appreciated. Jake was outstanding from our first meeting to when the home was sold. Jake went above and beyond in his service. We rented a u-haul but the nearest available truck was 90 miles away. Jake volunteered to drive me to pick that truck up as my wife was intimated by the Denver traffic. He also volunteered to monitor some construction that is to be done after we moved out. Who provides that level of service? Jake does. If you are considering buying or selling your home, this is the person you want.

We just got our home sale closed yesterday after a very long road. I feel that we were very challenging clients and even before we were able to get the house on the market, Jake was very helpful. When we were finally able to list the house, Jake wrote up a wonderful overview of the property and helped us get ready for showings. I was a very needy client, but even though Jake had other clients, I always felt like I was his only one. He would respond very quickly with any questions, kept me up to date on every showing and was reassuring during the whole process. We moved out of state, so we coordinated trips back with him to work on the house, and he was respectful of our needs. Jake was very knowledgeable about the market and knew that our listing price was right where it should be and ensured we held out for the right buyer for our house/land; we had a few offers that we thought were lowball offers, and Jake helped us navigate that.
