There was a free tax service being done in a different part of town, but when I got my 2019 taxes done the preparer went above and beyond. So I went back to Jackson Hewitt expecting the same service and I wasn't disappointed. Even tho I wasn't prepared for the fact that 1099 tax preparation was more expensive and that the IRS was going to be vicious about 1099 taxes. Jessica went above and beyond and got me out of paying the IRS. I am super thankful for the help.

Last year I used Kamryn Hunt and I had a very positive tax experience and wanted to do them with her again this year. I was initially let down that I could not use her at Enterprise Walmart, but the person I talked to on the phone set up and appointment with Jessica Marler. I am glad I got to have her as a tax preparer. She did a wonderful job and I recommend anyone and everyone to use either Jessica or Kamryn. These two are amazing at their job and have compassion for their customers and care about their wellbeing and money.
