I contracted It's Magic Landscape and Design to complete the final phase of paving work - installing a paver driveway and paver sidewalks to finish encirclement of my home in Show Low AZ. In an earlier review I sang their praises concerning a partial sidewalk and circular patio they installed in my backyard in 10/2023. I can't express how happy I am with results. My driveway and accompanying sidewalks look fantastic. No longer do I have to drive on, park on, or walk on gravel. I am so happy that numerous local concrete companies either didn't answer their phone or respond to internet queries, as their lack of interest in me as a customer is their loss. While a paver project cost more than a concrete project, you just can't beat the look. As with the last project with It's Magic, it took an extremely long time to get on their schedule; but their quality is awesome, their work crews are experts (especially crew chief Alberto), their communication is appreciated, and the end result is a beautiful driveway with accompanying sidewalks. Finally, during installation of this project, I pointed out a couple of stress cracks/separations of the original backyard project. The worker quickly filled in the cracks and everything looks new again.

I'm not sure what the gentleman before my review was talking about. This business and their owners have been nothing but kind and courteous, ALWAYS putting the customer first. It's Magic is a top notch company that you can depend on! They are honest, reliable, and do fantastic work! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for nursery or landscaping!!

Had an encounter with the owners of this establishment. These people were very very rude! They act like because they own a business they're entitled to everything they want. I would do business with these people nor will I ever recommend their business to anyone.
