My daughter has broken her iPhone 5 screen twice in 2 months. So I got to go to iTech Cellular twice. They did wonderful jobs both times. In addition, the people there are very nice. I think the owner is really a good guy. They were very efficient and each time when I got the phone back from them, it looked brand new. My daughter said the screen is the same as the original. We are very happy with their service and their price.

Inexpensive, quick turnaround, quality craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend iTech.

My daughter smashed the glass on her iPhone, and when I searched for a place to get it fixed, iTech sounded like a good bet. Inexpensive and good reviews. I made an appointment online (very easy process), and they quoted me a price and time estimate to fix it. I went to the Ridgewood location today, and iTech exceeded all of my expectations. The price was just what they said it would be - no last minute add-ones - and they fixed the phone in only 45 minutes. You can't beat that!

Have had both cellphone and computer repairs done here. They are great - friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. They'll advise on things you can do to protect your devices or make them run better, but don't try to pressure you into any up-sells. With the phone repair, it took two tries to get the problem 100% solved, but (unlike certain big box stores!) they treated it all as one repair and actually apologized for missing something the first time! Definitely my new go-to place for all repairs.

Amazing! iPhone with cracked screen was fixed in less than 30 mins. Drove about 25 minutes each way but totally worth it! Best prices and a top quality job. My phone is like new again! Definitely coming back with any more issues.

My son dropped his iPhone and the entire screen shattered. We brought the phone to iTech which was highly recommended in the Ridgewood Moms and Dads Facebook group. We were certainly not disappointed. Within an hour my son had his phone back in perfect working order at a very reasonable price. He has not had any problems with the phone in the last two weeks since it was repaired. The staff was very accommodating to our needs.

The screen on my daughter's iPad was cracked and in the corners the glass was almost pulverized. It was fixed in one afternoon and quite inexpensively. The customer service and attention to detail were remarkable and the repair itself was exceptional. I would definitely go back.

iTech has repaired two of our phones (my son's iPhone and my Samsung), cracked screen on both of them and did a good job on both of them.
Very convenient and fast service.
They also worked on my wife's iPad which took more time (as it was a more complicated problem).
In any event, they are very professional and convenient and do a good service.

Brought in my son's iPhone 5 which was dead and would not charge. First went to the Apple Store and they told me it was most likely the motherboard. Told me nothing they could do with it. Within 5 minutes the gang at iTech had it up and running like new. Can't say enough about their service. Highly recommend them to anyone that has an issue with an iPhone or iPad. Also, went back when we got our new phones and they were able to get us all a new case. They are even looking for a special case for my wife. Craig keep up the good work.
