I highly recommend IT Tropolis Support and Managed Services for all of your business technology needs. Bob is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and reliable. He helps us update and maintain our company emails, new hardware and troubleshooting as well. He helped up solve a complex office phone issue when Verizon and Spectrum could not.

Dealing with IT Tropolis has been a great pleasure over the last 5 years. It's rare to find such a response knowledgeable effective and friendly service provider. Any time there's an issue they go above and beyond to make sure the problem is solved. It's a comfort to know that if anything happens with my systems I have them to take care of it right away. I FOUND BOB ON THE INTERNET AND ONER A MONTH HE HAS CLEARED UP THREE PROBLEMS ON ON ONE COMPUTER AND TWO PROBLEMS ON ANOTHER COMPUTER.
HE IS VERY QUICK AND RELIABLE ALSO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THEN CALLING IN SOMEBODY TO COME AND WORK ON THE COMPUTER AS I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS.
BOB IS THE BEST AND FASTEST REPAIR PERSON I HAVE HAD IN 20 TEARS.
