I am a small business owner working with other companies. I remote login into the companies’ servers, which requires IT personnel to make changes to my computer. One such change was causing delays in outside work for other clients. Mike with IT Colorado was able to come in and detect the issue immediately. It was resolved in a way that I am better able to serve all my clients and did not affect my remote access to other companies. The best part, it was all remote, so I did not have to take my computer in and miss days of work!!!

Website said they did residential IT support, gave them a call and their automated phone system said they no longer do residential IT consulting/repair. I’ll remove this review if the site gets updated, I’m just frustrated from the irony that an IT company doesn’t update their website in 2025…

If you are looking for great computer advice and/or support I highly recommend IT Colorado! I started with a great consult to evaluate my current business computer needs which was invaluable. It was a delight to work with Travis. He didn’t try to snow me ( an elderly lady) like some other tech guys did - no telling me I needed a new hard drive or a whole new computer!!! I thought I needed a new laptop. I took mine to IT Colorado because of their good reviews. The turnaround time was two days! The tech was professional and easy to talk to. Great service!! I was experiencing problems booting up and after trying several fixes myself, decided it was time to get expert help. I tried IT Colorado and was very happy I did. I worked with Travis who is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with . My deskside PC was about 8 years old and he fixed the problem. He could have stopped there but he asked if I had been getting the Blue screen very often which I told him I had. He suggested replacing the Solid State drive I had with a 500GB Solid State drive.
I had been thinking about doing just that for awhile and when he said he could do that and restore all my data and files for a very reasonable price I couldn't say no.. I highly recommend IT Colorado!
