Irvine Law Group had handled another case for me a few years ago, so when I wasn't paid by my employer, I contacted Rod again, and they filed a lawsuit against my company and my boss. It took about 7 or 8 months but they finally paid me everything I was owed. These guys know what they're doing. Also I like it that I don't get the run around with secretaries. I can always call Rod directly.

Great Law Firm. Rod is a very professional and quick responding attorney I never had a case like this so he was good at informing me on how the process was going to work and what needed to be done. With my case I didn't know where to start while choosing a lawyer for my claims. I called a few different attorneys and they didn't get very excited about my case. I found Rod through a google search online. He was a hundred miles away from where I lived but I called him anyway. I began by telling him my complaints at work and how I wasn't getting paid for all the days I worked. After a few minutes Rod explained the laws and how they applied to me. My initial call to him was over only a few thousand dollars in unpaid wages but I ended up learning that for the last 5 years I'd been misclassified as a independent contractor when I was actually an employee.
